System Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office, Poland

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end system and IT analysis for banking software development projects.
• Define system requirements and create functional and system documentation.
• Identify, map, and visualize dependencies between applications and system components.
• Design system integrations based on SOA and ESB architecture principles.
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, and product teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on system or IT analysis experience in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML notations.
• Practical knowledge of SOA, ESB architecture, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with the NeMO and NeMO Cyfrowe platforms.
