• Coordinate IT project workflows and estimate analytical and development tasks.

• Participate actively in system and business testing of deployed solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional, system, and technical documentation.
• Identify and visualize dependencies between various applications and system components.

Требования

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking or insurance software projects.
• University degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong technical background in data structures, integration technologies, and development standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make independent decisions.
