What you will do

• Create new sales opportunities and upsell existing customers.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets and finalize sales in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, and negotiate contracts to balance service value and profit margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure post-sales documentation for trials and subscriptions.
• Collect client feedback and share it with the Product Team.
• Manage partners and attend industry events, with occasional travel to client locations.

Requirements

• Italian: Fluent (min. C2)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
• Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and over the phone)
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset with openness to coaching
