What you will do

• Lead a team of release managers overseeing the full release lifecycle for engineering and product releases.
• Collaborate with Development, Fleet, V&V, and Product Management teams for the planning and delivery of software releases.
• Facilitate regular agile-style release trains, managing Git branching, software versioning, and impact analysis.
• Identify and report on critical release artifacts including requirements, architecture, design, and verification deliverables.
• Manage people leadership responsibilities: hiring, onboarding, goal setting, career pathing, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate baseline identification of configuration items and perform periodic audits throughout the product lifespan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software build, integration, and test systems.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Experience with complex embedded systems (ADAS, sensors, networking, compute hardware, control systems).
• Proficiency with software release tools, including build systems, versioning, and source control.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Fort Worth, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience testing autonomous vehicles or ROS-based robotics systems.
• Knowledge of configuration management for safety-critical systems and V&V methodologies.
• Project management experience.
