Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the central London office.

What you will do

• Own sitewide conversion rate and AOV across product pages, landing pages, and quiz funnels.
• Build and launch landing pages end-to-end, from concept and copy to structure and final build.
• Execute a continuous testing program including A/B and multivariate tests with documented learnings.
• Optimize message-match between paid social traffic sources and landing page content.
• Direct conversion copy by collaborating with internal teams and AI to sharpen headlines, CTAs, and objection handling.
• Utilize AI as a force multiplier for research, page teardowns, and rapid variant creation.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or CRO within high-velocity consumer categories.
• Proven track record of measurably lifting CVR and AOV at scale.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages using tools like Replo, Unbounce, Shogun, or Webflow.
• Elite judgment on direct-response copy, hooks, and offer framing.
• Current, daily fluency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow automation and research.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, A/B testing platforms, and heatmap tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with quiz funnels and personalization.
• Shopify ecosystem expertise including themes and checkout optimization.
• Background in subscription or recurring revenue models.
• Experience using AI for creative production or agentic AI workflows.
