What you will do

• Lead multi-channel paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
• Drive revenue, LTV:CAC, and conversion through data-led optimization.
• Build AI-ready marketing infrastructure to enable automation at scale.
• Own creative testing across UGC, video, and high-velocity experiments.
• Optimize full-funnel performance through CRO and structured testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling paid media across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
• Strong track record improving unit economics and commercial outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with AI, automation, and conversion architecture.
• Advanced analytics skills across GA4, ad platforms, and testing tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week.
