What you will do

• Deliver the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Design, implement, and analyse end-to-end A/B tests to derive actionable outcomes.
• Identify and execute strategies for upsell, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
• Manage and prioritise the eCommerce testing backlog aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful experiments.

Requirements

• Experience in CRO, optimisation, or eCommerce roles.
• Proven track record of running A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
• Proficiency with tools such as GA, Adobe, or Mixpanel.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing delivery cycles.
• Ability to translate complex data into commercially focused insights.
