What you will do

• Manage day-to-day sales activities in FX and Rates flow products followhirify.global internal governance frameworks.
• Originate structured and bespoke derivative solutions in collaboration with local, regional, and global Tradhirify.global and Structurhirify.global desks.
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with institutional clients, includhirify.global banks, securities firms, asset managers, and insurers.
• Drive revenue generation through proactive client engagement and market color sharhirify.global.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to balance client needs with the bank's risk profile.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional conduct standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managhirify.global and growhirify.global financial institution client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of FX, Rates, and OTC Derivatives.
• Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Seoul.
• Ability to identify market trends and convert them into client opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with local and global stakeholders.
