What you will do

• Manage your own portfolio of in-house claims from FNOL to settlement, delivering efficient, positive outcomes for customers across all claims types.
• Work directly with TPA partners, reviewing their claim referrals, and ensuring strong performance.
• Drive improvements in SLAs through ownership of internal and external claims processes.
• Streamline in-house claims operations to deliver efficiencies for the business and customer outcomes.
• Play a key role in cross-functional projects, working alongside Product, Underwriting, and Engineering teams to shape the claims experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 months' experience working in personal lines claims, preferably Home Insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support customers through the claims process.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to learn.
• Collaborative mindset and love working as part of a team to achieve goals and solve complex problems.
• Keen to work at a business that takes a customer-first approach.
