What you will do
- Manage your own portfolio of in-house claims from FNOL to settlement, delivering efficient, positive outcomes for customers across all claims types.
- Work directly with TPA partners, reviewing their claim referrals, and ensuring strong performance.
- Drive improvements in SLAs through ownership of internal and external claims processes.
- Streamline in-house claims operations to deliver efficiencies for the business and customer outcomes.
- Play a key role in cross-functional projects, working alongside Product, Underwriting, and Engineering teams to shape the claims experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 months' experience working in personal lines claims, preferably Home Insurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support customers through the claims process.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to learn.
- Collaborative mindset and love working as part of a team to achieve goals and solve complex problems.
