What you will do

• Lead the delivery of strategic projects including SAP B1 validation and API manufacturing.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure all milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans from design through to handover.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GxP, and EHS standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or Business.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with GxP principles or regulated industry environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SAP B1 preferred).
• Familiarity with validation frameworks like CSV/CSA or GAMP 5.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Proficiency in French.
