What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional global customer deployment projects across various work streams.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables, including schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Manage action items, track project risks, and handle communications with stakeholders.
• Own and report on time and materials burn rates and consumption forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services Engineering to ensure successful project scoping and execution.
• Define roles and responsibilities for staff members during enterprise customer deployments.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and French language (written & verbal).
• 5+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional, and global deployment projects.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technology, specifically routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing and reporting budget burn rates.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and ISP procurement processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
