Project Manager - Gas Framework (Oil & Gas)

Location: Warrington, United Kingdom — partial remote hybrid

What you will do

• Plan, organize, manage, and close multidisciplinary EPC and construction projects.
• Own project safety, schedules, budgets, execution strategies, and execution plans.
• Coordinate project resources, internal teams, and third parties.
• Lead commercial and change management activities.
• Monitor, report, and forecast project performance internally and externally.
• Hold project teams accountable while supporting motivation, delivery, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive Project Manager experience on multidisciplinary projects in an EPCM or EPC company, ideally within UK infrastructure.
• Experience developing project programmes and managing engineering and construction phases.
• Practical knowledge of detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of standard forms of contract, particularly NEC3 and NEC4.
• Ability to manage dependencies, delegate effectively, identify delivery risks, and lead teams toward safe, on-time, and on-budget completion.

Nice to have

• BSc, BEng, MSc, or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with EC&I or automation projects.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
• APM qualification.
• Project management experience in highly regulated process industries.
