What you will do

• Lead and own the new customer system setup process to ensure successful product implementation.
• Collaborate with project management and technical services teams on enterprise-level deliverables.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on product usage and adoption to client users.
• Train client users on onboarding and self-service configurations.
• Report project progress, capacity, and status updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience managing SaaS client implementations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ownership and a continuous drive for improvement.
