What you will do
- Own and manage customer business cases to drive adoption and bottom-line ROI of software solutions.
- Lead multi-product consulting projects and design change strategies across people, processes, and technology.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring active sponsorship and alignment throughout engagements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Quality Management and Interaction Analytics.
- Develop strategic recommendations and ROI models to secure repeat business and service renewals.
- Influence cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a consultant in CX strategy, contact center transformation, or CCaaS space.
- Proven success leading consulting engagements that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, Quality Management, and modern AI CX capabilities.
- Familiarity with Interaction Analytics, Nexidia, or comparable Interaction/Speech/Text Analytic platforms is required.
- Highly analytical with the ability to create polished presentations for senior executives.
- Must be based in the USA.
