What you will do

• Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and regional regulatory standards.
• Lead design review meetings and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to improve system design, constructability, and efficiency.
• Develop technical specifications and conduct evaluations for vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Provide technical leadership for assigned EPC turnkey projects, including medium- and high-voltage systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale power systems, PV plants, or BESS projects within the EMEA region.
• Strong expertise in EPC projects involving high-voltage systems or conventional power generation.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or other European languages is an advantage.
• Ability to travel throughout the EMEA region as required for project execution.
