What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary Facilities & Engineering organization, including managers, engineers, technical specialists, technicians, and service partners.
- Define and execute the long-term engineering, facilities, and utilities strategy for the Breda manufacturing site.
- Own the reliability, compliance, and performance of critical utilities and technical infrastructure supporting GMP and non-GMP operations.
- Develop infrastructure, asset lifecycle, and capacity plans aligned with the site master plan and future manufacturing growth.
- Provide engineering leadership and governance for capital projects and major infrastructure investments.
- Drive continuous improvement through reliability engineering, modern maintenance practices, and digital innovation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Engineering or Utilities within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and developing high-performing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of critical utilities, technical infrastructure, asset management, and reliability principles.
- Experience developing engineering strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, capital projects, and external engineering partnerships.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
