Electrical Project Engineer

Location: Elst, Netherlands

hirify.global operates a manufacturing site in Elst supported by an Engineering department responsible for investment projects and technical policy.

What you will do

• Carry out electrical engineering input for investment projects at the factory.
• Plan, organize, and develop approximately 10 projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Establish and lead project teams through successful project completion.
• Prepare, present, and communicate clear project reports.
• Identify market developments and translate them into concrete improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments while professionalizing business processes.

Requirements

• Completed education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project leader and project manager.
• Fluent English and Dutch, spoken and written.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Professional, proactive, and deadline-oriented approach.
• Ability to inspire, guide, and convince others.
