What you will do
- Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers.
- Support client setup requests and technical onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate setup records and technical and operational documentation.
- Manage tasks, updates, and communication through Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup requests.
- Monitor integration progress and ensure timely completion of setup activities.
Requirements
- English at B1 level or higher.
- Russian at B1 level or higher.
- Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
