What you will do

• Execute the renewal process to ensure contracts are closed in a timely manner.
• Negotiate terms and conditions directly with customers to finalize renewal contracts.
• Manage renewal forecasting to ensure high accuracy for monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive customer retention by automating the customer journey and improving overall experience.
• Analyze the customer base to identify and report up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Revenue Operations to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in renewal execution and negotiation.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales or renewal targets.
• Experience working in rapidly changing environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and opportunity data management tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with visits to the Kraków office.
