What you will do
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients as their go-to payments expert.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client revenue and expand ’s presence.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored product solutions, demos, and strategic recommendations.
- Research markets and industries to surface new growth paths for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure optimal client experience.
- Track and report client performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) for daily communication with global decision-makers.
- 2+ years of commercial experience in account management, business development, or sales in B2B products.
- Proven sales mindset to identify expansion opportunities and drive upsells.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
