What you will do

• Own and manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing for enterprise-level organizations.
• Develop tailored pitches and ROI-driven business cases for C-level executives and HR leaders.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and system integrators.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Define and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy for Europe.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of carrying €1M+ quota and closing €100k+ ACV deals.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Background in HR tech, recruitment software, or productivity SaaS.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
