Enterprise Account Executive (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Assess the assigned territory and develop an execution strategy for enterprise accounts.
• Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth and identify new use cases in existing accounts.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets while closing commit deals.
• Track customer use cases, buying timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Present the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to customers and partners.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction across the territory.

Requirements

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts in a direct sales role.
• Understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, SaaS, and business value selling.
• Experience growing consumption, closing commit deals, exceeding sales quotas, and mapping key stakeholders.
• Advanced understanding of MEDDPICC and strong prospecting research skills.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• Fluent English required; fluent Dutch preferred.
