What you will do

• Grow and manage the MSP partner ecosystem across the ANZ region to accelerate revenue and adoption.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while operating within defined rules of engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic partner account plans, including leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Solution Consulting to expand hirify.global presence.
• Track, forecast, and report on channel performance and pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in the channel and MSP landscape with established relationships in the territory.
• Strong business acumen to anticipate partner needs and shape effective strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
• Must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
