What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment.
• Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), MVPs, and pilots to deliver measurable business value.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to support the AI roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Support oversight of cross-pillar initiatives, prioritization, and executive reporting.
• Promote project management best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation Management.
• Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in global matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
• Experience with Salesforce for AI projects is a strong advantage.
