Project Manager (AI & Consulting) (AI and digital transformation): Managing end-to-end software and AI project delivery across scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams with an accent on Agile methodologies, customer relationships, and commercial performance. Focus on coordinating engineering and business stakeholders, supporting pre-sales and discovery, identifying delivery and expansion opportunities, and optimizing AI-driven delivery practices.

What you will do
- Plan, manage, and monitor AI and software projects across scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead end-to-end delivery using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate engineers, architects, QA specialists, business stakeholders, and customers.
- Manage customer communication, reporting, documentation, workshops, discovery phases, and solution discussions.
- Monitor revenue, utilization, margin, budget performance, and resource forecasts.
- Support pre-sales, proposal preparation, new AI project acquisition, account expansion, and continuous delivery improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT services, software development, or technology consulting.
- Experience managing software development projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of software development processes, cloud-based solutions, AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience in outsourcing or consulting companies.
- Experience with RFPs, proposals, customer presentations, and account growth through upsell or cross-sell.
- Knowledge of Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI, or similar platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
- Experience managing multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
