What you will do
- Plan and monitor project execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and QA specialists.
- Monitor project financial indicators such as revenue, utilization, and margin.
- Support pre-sales activities, discovery phases, and the preparation of proposals for new AI projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services or technology consulting.
- Proven experience managing software development projects throughout the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Experience coordinating with international customers and managing project resources.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience in outsourcing or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or AWS AI platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
- Experience in growing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
