What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate rapid experimentation and iteration to help teams learn and deliver results quickly.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects forward.
• Improve delivery processes by integrating AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience managing technical projects in software development environments.
• Advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong foundation in traditional project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Demonstrated ability to independently own initiatives and drive them to completion.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
