What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Technical Sales Representatives.
• Drive sustainable sales growth and market development across the GAP region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key growers, distributors, advisors, and food-chain partners.
• Oversee field activities, including product demonstrations and technical recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide regular regional performance reporting.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure effective daily execution and support collection follow-ups.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
• Proven sales experience within the crop protection or agricultural input industry.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and team development.
• Fluency in Turkish is mandatory.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
