Sales Representative Türkiye (m/f/d) (Retail)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; travel across different regions in Türkiye required

What you will do

• Sell hirify.global products to B2B retailers and distributors in the juvenile industry across Türkiye.
• Manage existing accounts, identify prospects, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build customer relationships through local visits and provide consultations based on customer needs.
• Deliver product training for retailers and other customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and share insights internally.
• Manage merchandising and point-of-sale materials according to visual merchandising guidelines, while supporting retail-partner content creation and social media advocacy.

Requirements

• Several years of field sales experience.
• Understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail sales.
• University degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong Turkish and English skills, both verbal and written.
• Initiative, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a motivated, dynamic personality.
• Availability to travel across different regions in Türkiye.
