What you will do

• Lead Edwin AI discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements to align capabilities with customer business challenges.
• Configure use cases, workflows, prompts, and dashboards to showcase customer value during evaluations.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for prospects, providing product guidance and best practices.
• Deliver ongoing AI training and enablement for Sales, SEs, and other customer-facing teams.
• Translate operational challenges into technical AI solutions and document outcomes in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with CSMs and AEs to drive success and resolve technical obstacles throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, England
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in SysAdmin, Site Reliability, or Sales Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows/Network administration and operations.
• Ability to articulate complex technology and product positioning to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), storage (Netapp, EMC), and load balancers (f5 bigIP).
• Knowledge of WMI, PerfMon, JDBC, SNMP, SMTP, JMX and various webservers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Experience with correlation engines and support team methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or problem-solving.
