What you will do

• Act as the technical expert for systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations to demonstrate integration capabilities.
• Lead technical deep-dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
• Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options.
• Collaborate with R&D, technical integrations, and partner teams to influence product capabilities and future direction.
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering role.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
• Proven track record of executing customer engagements, including discovery, product demonstrations, and proof projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with senior leadership and executives.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills within the software industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis (3 days/week).
