What you will do

• Develop and execute cohesive multi-market publishing strategies for the DACH & EE regions.
• Translate global product priorities into tailored market plans to maximize player engagement and business impact.
• Lead integrated go-to-market plans connecting product beats, esports moments, and creator activations.
• Oversee large-scale budgets and make data-driven investment decisions across multiple markets.
• Build and align cross-disciplinary teams across publishing, esports, community, and commercial functions.
• Track performance across campaigns and apply insights to optimize regional execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in publishing, marketing, or product management, preferably in games or tech.
• Proven experience leading high-impact, multi-market campaigns from planning to execution.
• Deep understanding of FPS gaming culture and the VALORANT player community.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong budget ownership experience with a track record of maximizing ROI.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
