What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of DACH performance marketing channels and the affiliate program to onboard and optimize partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to optimize the subscriber acquisition funnel and resolve drop-off points.
• Develop and manage a detailed acquisition campaign calendar aligned with key sporting moments and tentpole events.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to translate data findings into actionable optimizations.
• Coordinate with Finance teams for budget tracking, financial reporting, and setting commercial acquisition targets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, preferably within the DACH region.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale digital campaigns that improve CPA efficiency and drive growth.
• Experience in sports media, OTT/streaming, telecommunications, or consumer subscription sectors.
• Deep understanding of subscription business models, trial mechanics, and conversion funnels.
• Fluent language skills in English and German.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
