What you will do

• Install and maintain video streaming equipment, including cameras, audio devices, and cabling.
• Administer and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other hardware components.
• Monitor CDN server connections, diagnose issues, and resolve connectivity problems.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and consultations for studio users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports for management.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably 1 year of IT or technical computer experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking skills and ability to handle hardware installation.
