What you will do
- Provide on-site technical support in the NYC office and remote support for employees organization-wide.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows laptops, macOS, iOS, Android devices, printers, and VoIP solutions.
- Resolve end-user tickets and service requests through the IT ticketing system with professional documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes according to security policies.
- Install and maintain end-user applications, including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and EDR endpoint protection tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an end-user-facing technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions, specifically antivirus and EDR tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
- Experience with desktop imaging software and server hardware.
- Certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or Citrix.
