Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to Plano, TX (3 days per week in office).

Salary: $57,500 - $79,100 annually.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Agency Systems team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the administration and operation of agent-facing platforms like E-App, OAS, and the Agent Portal.
• Act as the primary liaison between Agency Operations and IT for system maintenance and strategic enhancements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials to support agent onboarding and technology adoption.
• Analyze system utilization and performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide process guidance to ensure a positive agent experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Plano, TX.
• 5+ years of experience in agency operations, agent relations, or supporting agent application systems.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of agent-facing technology platforms and business processes.
• Experience collaborating effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• College degree.
• Experience supporting electronic application platforms or insurance technology solutions.
• Background in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
