AI Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Poblenou, Spain

Zurich Technology Delivery Center provides technology solutions and support to hirify.global’s local and global business units, including software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor Cytora platform configurations and support testing of new functionalities.
• Gather and document business requirements from underwriting and operations teams.
• Review data requirements, update data schemas, and support Cytora implementation and enhancement projects.
• Monitor data quality and platform performance, analyze AI-generated outputs, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to Responsible AI, data governance, training materials, user guides, and knowledge-sharing documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriting, data, and IT teams to improve processes and adoption of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Spanish university or school is mandatory.
• Availability for at least a six-month part-time internship, up to 30 hours per week.
• Fluent English is required.
• Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or large language models.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python through academic projects.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, teamwork, and a responsible attitude.

Nice to have

• Interest in insurance or financial services.
• University, internship, or personal experience related to analytics, AI, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
