People Analytics Trainee (AI)

What you will do

• Receive training in HR processes, organizational structure, people systems, reporting practices, HR analytics, workforce metrics, and reporting tools.
• Collect, validate, maintain, and organize HR data from multiple internal sources while preserving accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and visualizations covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Translate reporting needs into clear data analysis and visualization requirements with the People team.
• Support data quality checks, issue documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and interpretation of workforce trends.

Requirements

• Student in the final years of a bachelor's or higher degree, or a recent graduate, in HR, business, psychology, economics, statistics, data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in HR, People Analytics, data-driven decision-making, and technology.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with HR systems, ATS, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.
• Understanding of HR metrics such as turnover, retention, absenteeism, time-to-hire, engagement, workforce demographics, and headcount planning.
• Knowledge of data privacy principles and interest in automation, AI-assisted analytics, and digital transformation in HR.
