Business Finance Analyst (AI/Power BI)

What you will do

• Prepare and oversee accurate monthly financial results, KPIs, and legal entity reporting across reporting systems.
• Analyze fixed costs, gross margins, variances, and long-range planning requirements.
• Manage month-end closing and estimation processes in line with group policies.
• Build relationships with Finance, Commercial, and Hospitality stakeholders and provide actionable financial recommendations.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, advanced Excel, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Drive finance transformation by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes while sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Background in financial reporting, planning, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Comfort working with AI-powered tools and exploring technologies for financial process improvement.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
