HR Intern - Talent & Leadership Development

Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands (HQ). Hybrid work is available after successful onboarding.

Internship allowance: €500–€550 per month, based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support global leadership and learning initiatives.
• Create learning content and internal communications.
• Contribute to talent and employee development projects.
• Assist with workshops, events, and leadership programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different countries and cultures.
• Analyse feedback and support strategic HR and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university in the Netherlands in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• WO- or HBO-level education.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Curiosity about leadership, learning, and professional growth.
• Structured, creative, and willing to learn through practical work.
