TL;DR

HR Intern (Talent & Leadership Development): Supporting global leadership and learning initiatives with an accent on creating learning content and employee development projects. Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands. Must be pursuing a degree at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level). Hybrid setup available after onboarding.

Salary: €500–€550 per month

What you will do

• Support global leadership and learning initiatives and strategic HR transformation projects.
• Develop engaging learning content and internal communications.
• Contribute to talent and employee development projects.
• Coordinate workshops, events, and leadership programs.
• Analyze feedback to drive improvements and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with international teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business at a university in the Netherlands (WO/HBO).
• Strong interest in leadership, learning, and professional growth.
• Ability to combine structured work with creative thinking.
• Proficiency in English.
