HR Intern - Talent & Leadership Development

Location: Apeldoorn HQ, Netherlands; hybrid work is available after successful onboarding.

Internship allowance: €500–€550 per month, based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support global leadership development and learning initiatives.
• Create learning content and communications.
• Contribute to talent and employee development projects.
• Assist with workshops, events, and leadership programmes.
• Work with colleagues from different countries and cultures.
• Analyse feedback and support strategic HR and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university in the Netherlands in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• WO or HBO-level education.
• Curiosity about leadership, learning, and professional growth.
• Structured and creative approach to work.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Willingness to learn through practical experience.
