Eye Security is looking for an HR Business Partner to help build and scale People processes in a fast-growing cybersecurity company. This is a hands-on HRBP role where you’ll partner with leaders while designing and implementing key People initiatives from scratch.

What you’ll be doing:
— Partner with leaders across Security Operations, Customer Support, and Project Management as a trusted HR advisor
— Coach managers at all levels, from first-time leaders to executives
— Design and lead People initiatives such as performance management, development programs, and benefits improvements
— Handle complex employee relations cases and advise on Dutch employment law
— Drive HR projects end-to-end while supporting day-to-day business partnering
— Work closely with a small People team in an office-first environment

What they’re looking for:
— Previous HR Business Partner experience in a scaling company
— Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively
— Proven experience leading People projects from design through implementation
— Hands-on knowledge of Dutch labor law
— Fluent English and Dutch (native level not required)
— Based in the Netherlands and able to work from The Hague office at least one day per week (ideally three)
