What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Digitalization and IT leadership on organizational structure and leadership matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and retention.
• Manage workforce planning activities and ensure recruitment aligns with business needs.
• Lead and execute transformation and change initiatives across assigned business areas.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support fact-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a multinational company.
• Proven ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
