What you will do

• Develop, roll out, and maintain Global EHS standards across the organization.
• Support internal and external audits, specifically for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the system custodian for the EHS Data Management System, ensuring security and reliability.
• Analyze EHS databases to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline data dissemination for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience in field-based environments (construction, manufacturing, or energy/oil & gas).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EHS data management systems.
• Experience in data management and analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Visio, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems.
