Salary: $94,200 - $141,400 annually

What you will do

• Lead a comprehensive Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) program to ensure site safety excellence.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety protocols into daily business processes.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety metrics to develop actionable strategies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee WHS training programs, recordkeeping, and site audits to address non-compliance issues.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist site emergency response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS or environmental programs within manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and climb stairs.
• Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (must obtain within 3 weeks of start date).

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
• Experience in Distribution Centers with sites of at least 250 people.
