What you will do

• Lead technical work and author measure packages for commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy efficiency programs.
• Develop cost-effectiveness analyses using utility cost test and total resource cost test methodologies.
• Create calculation tools and workpapers for delivery to clients and evaluators.
• Update energy measures based on baseline performance, costs, and mandatory standards.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work products and communicate technical feedback to colleagues.
• Coordinate with evaluation staff on research projects and pilots related to midstream measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in energy efficiency consulting, program implementation, or engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred location: Oregon or the greater Western United States.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
