What you will do

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on the global organization.
• Lead the internal EHS audit program, including auditor development, scheduling, and execution.
• Direct the global certification process for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Develop KPIs and perform data analytics and trend analysis across the organization.
• Support EHS integration following M&A activities and lead onboarding for new EHS professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety requirements into business processes and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and audit protocols.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
