What you will do

• Manage end-to-end engineering projects involving the design, development, and testing of electronic components.
• Coordinate with business, sales, and platform groups to manage resources and project deliverables.
• Oversee project progress, costs, and reporting mechanisms while resolving technical and operational issues.
• Direct project staffing and mentor team members to enhance technical competence.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors while negotiating business terms.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and ensure adherence to technical commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, Material, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in a related engineering occupation.
• Proficiency in project management strategies, including risk management and active program management tools.
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic components for machine and engine systems.
• Electronics engineering experience with 3D modeling systems like Creo.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Chillicothe, IL.
