What you will do

• Manage the Direct Expansion (DX) project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business roadmaps and resource availability.
• Lead and mentor the US-based PMO team in Columbus and Austin to drive career progression and project discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, procurement, operations, and sales from inception to product launch.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, budget utilization, and KPIs for senior management and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and validate solutions that are compliant and cost-competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in a structured organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Program Management teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Legally authorized to work in the US; candidates requiring sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, L-1) are not eligible.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the HVAC sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
