What you will do

• Provide 2nd line IT support to users across the UK and global business via Jira.
• Administer and manage key platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Workspace, and Kandji.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware including laptops, desktops, and meeting room technology.
• Monitor and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, and storage infrastructure.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the global IT team on improvement initiatives and tool rollouts.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting both technical and non-technical users.
• Understanding of IT security and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra ID and Intune.
• Knowledge of Linux and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS device management.
• Experience with wired and wireless networking.
