What you will do

• Provide clear, practical employee relations advice aligned with people policies and procedures.
• Manage and update accurate employee records within HR systems.
• Handle a range of ER queries and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Analyze case information to identify themes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coach and guide managers on core HR processes and best practices.
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders and union partners.

Requirements

• Experience handling high-volume HR or employee relations queries across multiple channels.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to explain processes, risks, and options clearly.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cardiff office in a hybrid capacity.
