What you will do

• Lead group employee relations activity within change initiatives, partnering with P&C Directors and senior leaders.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with trade union representatives (CWU/Prospect) and employee representatives.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of ER matters and employment law compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of People policies, collective agreements, and contracts.
• Analyze ER data, such as grievance trends and disciplinary activity, to identify insights and inform decision-making.
• Contribute ER expertise to agile, cross-functional projects across multiple HR domains.

Requirements

• Proven experience in successfully handling negotiations and consultations with trade unions/employee representatives.
• Solid understanding of employment law and its practical application in policy development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial insight.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
